The finished artwork will be delivered digitally via the customer's provided e-mail.

It is possible to receive a full quality version of the line art via e-mail as well.

The customer has the right to request revisions in the line art and flat color state of the art process.

The customer has the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion (f.e skin details).

All prices are in Euro. It is possible to provide payment in USD.

All payments are made via PayPal.

Artworks are usually finished in two to eight weeks depending on complexity. Alternatives can be discussed.

The customer is required to contact me in a polite and responsive manner.

The customer must be able to provide all neccessary information in intelligable English or German.

Detailed written references or visual character references (f.e. picrews, game screenshots) need to be provided.

A simple background or color gradient is always included in the starting price.

Products cannot be used for commercial use. All of my commission options are for private use only (except otherwise stated in the inital commission request).

The customer does not hold the right to knowingly use the product in any AI-related technology.

No refunds after the final version of the finished piece has arrived at the customer's inbox.
