The finished artwork will be delivered digitally via the customer's provided e-mail or on VGen.

It is possible to receive a full quality version of the line art or flat colors via e-mail as well.

The customer has the right to request free revisions in the line art and flat color state of the art process.

The customer has the right to a reasonable amount of free minor edits after completion (f.e skin details).

All prices are in Euro. It is possible to provide payment in other currencies.

All payments are made via PayPal or the VGen payment system.

Artworks are usually finished in two to eight weeks depending on complexity. Alternatives can be discussed.

The customer is required to contact me in a polite and responsive manner.

The customer must be able to provide all neccessary information in intelligable English or German.

Detailed written references OR visual character references (f.e. picrews, game screenshots) need to be provided.

A simple background or color gradient is always included in the starting price.

My artworks cannot be used for commercial use. All of my commission options are for private use only (except otherwise stated in the inital commission request).

The customer does not hold the right to knowingly use the product in any AI-related technology. No NFT either.

No refunds after the final version of the finished piece has arrived in the customer's inbox. Partial refunds can be discussed during the process.

I would appreciate to be tagged and/or mentioned when/if the artwork is posted on the client’s socials.

My standard canvas sizes are 3000x3000 pixels and 3000x4000 pixels. Please tell me if another canvas size is needed.

The finished commission piece can be used for private utilization and merchandising as well as prints. As long as it’s not sold or used for official marketing purposes without my specific knowledge.
