GENERAL TERMS:

The customer must be able to provide all necessary information in intelligable English or German.

Detailed written references OR visual character references (f.e. picrews, game screenshots) need to be provided.

The customer is required to contact me in a polite and responsive manner.

My standard canvas sizes are 3000x3000 pixels and 3000x4000 pixels. Please tell me if another canvas size is needed.

The artwork will be saved as a JPEG or PNG image.

All prices are in Euro. It is possible to provide payment in other currencies.

All payments are made via PayPal, Ko-Fi or the VGen payment system.

Artworks are usually finished in two to eight weeks depending on complexity. Alternatives can be discussed. Regular updates will be provided.

Estimated completion times are approximates and may change due to circumstances f.e. health, but commission status is always transparent and clearly communicated all throughout.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request.

I would appreciate to be tagged and/or mentioned when/if the artwork is posted on the client’s socials.

PROCESS TERMS:

The customer has the right to request free revisions (within reason) during the line art and flat color state of the art process.

The customer has the right to a reasonable amount of free minor edits after completion (f.e skin details such as freckles and moles).

No refunds after the final version of the finished piece has arrived in the customer's inbox. Partial refunds can be discussed during the process.

Payment will be made after the client has received the line art stage of their commission.

It is possible to receive a free and full quality version of the line art or flat color art via provided socials as well.

In specific cases and with reasonable explanation, my layer progress can be provided.

A simple color gradient background is always included in the starting price. A transparent background can be requested.

The finished artwork will be delivered digitally via the customer's provided e-mail or on VGen. Link sharing over Dropbox can be arranged.

COMMERCIAL USE:

My artworks cannot be used for commercial use without contacting me about it first. My standard commission options are for private use only (except otherwise stated in the inital commission request).

However, promotianal use such as sharing and using my artworks on social media for marketing purposes is allowed, as long as they aren’t directly monetized or made into public physical merchandise, book covers, etc. with explicit profit in mind.

The finished commission piece can be used for private utilization and merchandising as well as prints. As long as it’s not sold or used for official marketing purposes without my specific knowledge.

AI POLICY:

The customer does not hold the right to knowingly use the product in any AI-related technology. No NFT either.

GenAI will never be in any way used in the creation and drawing process of my artworks.

NSFW:

To commission NSFW artworks the client must be an adult (18+ years of age).
